Service Details For Clients

🔸 Access to Online Material & Resources while a paying member of the programme.

🔸 Group coaching sessions run 60 minutes in duration.

🔸 1-1 sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

🔸 Sinead also provides ongoing support between sessions via email & community in accordance with your package details.

Coaching Principles

(these apply to clients and community members)

Coaching is an alliance between the Coach and Client(s) in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential.
Coaching is action-orientated, goals & results driven and is based on trust, integrity and honesty.
Coaching connects you to your wisdom and aims to identify and highlight your own answers.
By entering this relationship, the Coach and Client(s) acknowledge that the Client wants to make significant progress and change in his/her life and career.
The Coach listens, observes, questions, queries, feeds back, guides, supports, challenges, encourages and empowers you. By holding you accountable to the process, the aim is to deepen your learning so you can forward your action and become self-reliant.
The Client(s) adopt a growth mindset and embrace self-learning and forward-thinking strategy. They endeavour to build trust with the coach and the other participants, be prepared for the calls, remain open and congruent in dialogue and accept constructive feedback.

The Coach will be honest and congruent at all times in adherence to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Standards of Ethical Conduct:

The Client(s) are responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, actions and results.
Coaching is not therapy or counselling and is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal or medical personnel.
The training and advice given by Sinead Rafferty does not guarantee your results - monetary or otherwise.

Confidentiality

The information and conversations held in coaching calls and/or coaching communities are strictly confidential - they are not for referencing or sharing anywhere else. All group members agree to protect the privacy of their fellow group members when joining the community.

All of the content, including workbooks, training videos and logos are copyright protected by SR Coaching Limited and cannot be copied, or distributed with anyone else.
