How i Work
For me, coaching extends beyond careers or business — it’s about life purpose.
A career isn’t just a job; it’s a reflection of who you are, it amounts to at least a third of your precious time and if you're drawn to meaningful work, it's about the impact you want to make in the world.
People approach their working lives in very different ways:
Some see their career as a calling or vocation.
Others use their entrepreneurial spirit for innovation and social impact.
Many seek a balance between personal fulfilment and professional achievement.
Whatever your path, my role is to serve as your champion, cheerleader, and co-pilot.
Together, we’ll break through the barriers holding you back and build a way forward that feels authentic, sustainable, and empowering.
I offer:
1-1 / Group Coaching via The Purpose Pathway Programme
&
Alignment Sessions (90 mins deep-dive).
My Coaching Philosophy
My Coaching Philosophy
Sensitivity and diversity of mind, thought and experience are powerful forces which hold great purpose.
I educate, support and empower HSPs, empaths, deep-thinkers and divergent minds to embrace their innate skills and strengths, reclaim their identity, and bravely offer their unique contribution to the world.
Discovering I was an empath (in my early 20s), and later studying Dr. Elaine Aron’s work on Highly Sensitive People, was like being handed a missing piece of my identity.
More recently, in my 40s, I have come to align with Audhd and The Sensitive Autistic Neurotype studied by Julie Bjalland.
The landscape of Neurodiversity is a rich one and there are no one right way, theory or interpretation as of yet - I remain open and curious as I grow throughout the different stages of life.
Understanding my sensitivity primarily offered so much clarity and validation - it all made sense, why I felt emotions so intensely, why I noticed subtle dynamics others missed, and why I needed so much solitude to recharge.
Being highly sensitive, empathic and/or neurodivergent is like experiencing the world in high definition, an internal radar for energy, emotion, and hidden truths.
At first, it felt like a burden, as if I had no choice but to absorb the world’s energy. Over time, I learned to release what wasn’t mine, protect my own energy, and design a rhythm that supported me.
When I began coaching people like me, HSPs and empaths, and divirgent minds, it felt instantly aligned. I realised more and more that sensitivity and diversity is not a weakness to mask but a powerful asset.
My mission became clear: to help my fellow professionals leverage their strengths, find alignment, and do meaningful work without burning out.
I help clients find their voice, purpose, and quiet power so they can shape careers, businesses, and lives that are authentic, fulfilling, and impactful.
My coaching combines deep personal insight with practical strategy. I blend identity alignment and energy management (nervous system awareness) with purposeful strategy.
The work is always:
Neuro-affirming — honouring difference as strength, and creating space for individuals to thrive in their true nature.
Holistic — weaving wellbeing, strategy, purpose, and creative expression.
Practical — turning inner clarity into outer results.
Clients don’t just feel more aligned; they leave with a clear, actionable roadmap to move forward in their careers, businesses, and/or leadership roles.
The Alignment Code
The Alignment Code
At the heart of my coaching is The Alignment Code, a framework I created to help highly sensitive, empathic and neurodivergent professionals move from burnout and self-doubt into alignment, clarity, and flow.
It integrates three interconnected elements:
Empowered Identity — reclaim who you truly are and embrace your sensitivity as strength.
Optimal Energy Flow — manage your energy and unlock your natural creative rhythm.
Aligned Action — shape a career or business strategy that supports your goals with authenticity and confidence.
When these three elements are in balance, you step into what I call the Alignment Sweet Spot: a place where you’re no longer pushing against yourself, but moving with clarity, flow, and freedom — dancing to the beat of your own drum.
Although initially created with HSPs in mind, these principles apply to anyone seeking to grow and succeed in alignment with their true self.

Empathic Leadership
Empathic Leadership
I am also passionate about the role of empathy and sensitivity in today’s society.
Empathic leadership redefines what it means to lead — moving away from authority and performance alone, and toward authenticity, compassion, and depth.
Empathic leadership is essential for all minds to thrive at work and contribute their strengths in meaningful, impactful ways. Often, the empathy and flexibility required of leadership is smaller than we think — accommodations are simple when leaders and managers become more curious and accepting of everyone's experience, not just what is considered the norm or status quo.
When neurodivergent professionals are not supported, their unique perspectives, fresh ideas, creativity, and innovation are lost.
I am the founder of The Empathic Leadership Summit - a movement and now annual event to redefine leadership with empathy at its core.
In Summary
In Summary
My work is about guiding sensitive, empathic and neurodivergent professionals to:
Honour their nature, instead of suppressing it.
Build the identity, energy, and strategies to thrive.
Step into a life, career, or business that feels like home.
Because when individuals are empowered and aligned, they create not only meaningful careers, but also the kind of authentic leadership the world needs most.

“The most powerful outcome or insight that I have experienced is that I am HSP.
Not only admitting to being HSP, but also allowing me to realize how HSP I actually am.
When I reflect back through my life, I see now that this has probably shaped my life the most. I
had previously tried to understand my differences, however,
having this knowledge allows me to make much more sense
of how I deal with people and environments.”
